Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Chemical Sector team and more specifically to support a large Chemical Sector client account team. This role will work with the Account Leader to manage and lead the remediation program for the client account focused on compliance at a Program level related to Client and Arcadis requirements. Additionally they will support new business development opportunities as we look to expand our portfolio of work and service offerings to the Client as well more broadly in the Chemical Sector.
The ideal candidate has experience and working relationships in the Chemical Sector and deep knowledge of the Clients business and requirements.
Role accountabilities:
- Serve as a Program Manager within the Chemical Sector to oversee and manage the remediation program to ensure successful delivery and compliance with client contract requirements.
- Develop project management processes and policies and lead the implementation of system improvements for client programs ensuring developments are in line with strategic business objectives
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Arcadis teams to develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
- Provide regulatory and technical support to teams within the Chemical Sector
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification
- 12 or more years relevant experience including 8 or more years experience managing complex projects
- Experience managing business relationships at senior level
- Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
