Job Description:
Join our Royal Canin Digital Technologies team as the OMS Admin where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our Order Management System. Glovia OM the OMS is built on the SFDC Platform and part of the SFDC this position you will work cross-functionally on initiatives and collaborate with a network of skilled admins analysts and stakeholders to support the OMS. You will be responsible for configuring maintaining and optimizing our OMS platform with a focus on supporting both OMS and Salesforce.
Your expertise will drive significant efficiency within the OMS also acting as the SME for OMS from an operations standpoint. The primary focus will be on the Order Management System (OMS) ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Finance Business or a technical field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience in supporting Order to Cash and/or CRM systems including system support testing and end-user training.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
In-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash lifecycle and including Sales and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with ITSM and the Agile Product Lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Recommend high-value adaptations of SFDC OMS and other Operations Products based on self-directed training and new releases.
Support Order to Cash business processes including integrations from multiple order sources such as eCommerce EDI and API.
Support Stakeholders and team members within the OMS and Salesforce capabilities
Acquire and interpret business requirements create functional specifications and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Responsible for configuring maintaining and optimizing OMS.
Provide feedback and guidance to other OMS users.
Collaborate closely with business analysts developers and architects in the design and configuration of SFDC and OMS instances.
Analyze business models and customer requirements to design and build effective solutions.
Mitigate risks associated with complex projects that present significant challenges to the business.
Configure and customize SFDC and OMS based on stakeholder input.
Resolve user case escalations and perform other duties as assigned.
