This position is going to handle the End - End Process of NAPS & NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship scheme (Entry - Exit) co-ordinate with all the New Hires and execute the student enrolment process as per the guidelines given by the Ministry of Higher Education & Skill Development Corporation of India. This position has to liaise with BOAT & NSDC Officials to obtain the contract approvals ROP and DBT Release Approvals. This position has to handle the Govt Portals and update the monthly stipend inputs as per the Chennai Plant Time office attendance data with 100% accuracy with zero error and to obtain various stake holders approvals from Plant Finance/ Operations Directors/Head IR to share the input to Mumbai Finance team for stipend payout. This position has to maintain the MIS on Stipend Payouts & DBTs and Labour Cost saving analysis to be shared to respective stakeholders every month. Also this position has to organize the Chennai Plant monthly Payroll input for FTEs (IL & DL Core) to Mumbai Payroll team after the validation and approval of Head IR on time.
