Job Description
Elders Inn is currently seeking a PM Shift Medication Nurse to join the Nursing Team.
Compensation: $32.75 per hour paid bi-weekly
Role Description:
The Medication Nurse at Elders Inn plays a crucial role in monitoring care plans wound care diabetic management medication management and overall care supervision. This is a part-time position working a 2-on 4-off rotation on the PM Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). For the right candidate it may be combined with an open part-time position at our sister facility Waters Edge Lodge to make a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor care plans
- Provide wound care
- Manage diabetic care
- Administer medications
- Supervise overall care
Requirements:
- Current valid CA nursing license
- Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare field
- Ability to communicate clearly with elderly residents
- Ability to work compassionately with individuals with cognitive impairments
