Key Areas of Responsibility
- Regularly Monitor - Monitoring to be done on daily weekly monthly basis for availability & transactions & to be taken up with the corresponding team to resolve the issues of low performing
- Visit chronic sites & share the feedback : (for > 3 days - 10% dip in Txn - Non-HD calls)- To visit chronic ATM sites within a specific timeframe (10% dip in transactions/Repetitive ATMs)
- Site Audits (Quarterly once)- To ensure site audits are achieved as per the target set within a given timeframe and update on Fieldor app.
- Visits for critical concerns- To be available & visit the concerned site for other issues like EB issue vandalism/ theft case visit police station for legal issues
- Site Sourcing and LA renewal-visit and sourcing potential locations renewal of Lease Agreement and rent negation
Basic Qualifications
B.A under Dibrugarh University Assam (2009)
PGDCA under Dibrugarh University Assam (2012)
