Blackstones Private Equity group offers off cycle interns the chance to engage in the direct acquisition of large and midsized companies in a variety of sectors worldwide. The investment process develops both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. As a result this internship program offers a unique experience among financial firms enabling our interns to develop a well-rounded and fine-tuned business mind.
This role is based in Paris where interns will join the newly formed Private Equity Team.
Responsibilities may include:
Financial analysis and modelling
Investment research
Competitive analysis
Assistance in the execution of transactions
Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
Communications with portfolio company senior management

Requirements:
To be considered for the 2026 Off-Cycle Intern position applicants must meet the following criteria:
Gap-year student looking for a 46-month internship (typically second part of the gap year) starting Jan-March 2026 ideally having already 4-6 months of M&A or Private Equity experience
CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade and should be in PDF format
