**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include but not limited to onboarding team events semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Lead to drive the successful implementation of a PAM solution across multiple IT environments. This role combines project leadership technical subject matter expertise and security consulting to ensure the secure and efficient rollout of PAM capabilities aligned with organizational security objectives. This is a hands-on role where the selected candidate will be directly responsible for implementing the selected PAM solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Coordination
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Enterprise PAM managing tasks milestones and stakeholder assignments.
Track progress using enterprise ticketing system and provide regular updates to senior leadership highlighting risks blockers and achievements.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendor services to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Technical
Provide guidance to IT groups based on PAM feature sets available configurations information security policies and best practices
Perform hands-on configuration of the PAM platform as needed
Support architectural design incorporating business IT and security objectives
Documentation & Governance
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering architecture implementation decisions exception handling and operational procedures.
Establish an exception review process with integration to Enterprise Risk Register.
Establish repository and continuous measurement of PAM progress against project objectives
Training & Operational Handoff
Provide awareness and training support for IT admins and stakeholders.
Assist in transitioning the solution into ready-state operations.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Computer Science IT Information Security or related field.
At least 5 years of experience with cloud-native PAM deployments including hands-on experience with PAM tools (e.g. CyberArk BeyondTrust Delinea HashiCorp Vault)
Strong understanding of privileged access controls secret management and secure remote access principals authentication protocols and regulatory frameworks.
Strong understanding of Windows *NIX systems and web-based admin interfaces.
Working knowledge of IT Risk Management and exception processes are preferred
Experience with project management and ticketing tools.
Excellent communication documentation problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
