RoleAccess Control Analyst SailPoint Implementation and OperationsDepartmentGroup Operational Risk Access Control TeamLocationDoha QatarContract Duration12 monthsReports toSVP Access ControlRole SummaryThe SailPoint Access Control Analyst will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ within the banks functions. The role focuses on ensuring effective access governance user lifecycle management and compliance with internal and regulatory ResponsibilitiesAssist in the configuration testing and rollout of SailPoint IdentityIQ for access request and review processesPerform access management operations in SailPoint including processing user requests provisioning and deprovisioningSupport quarterly and periodic access reviews by preparing data coordinating with stakeholders and validating completionCollaborate with IT security and business teams to troubleshoot access issuesDocument standard operating procedures for SailPoint operations and integration with bank systemsAssist in user training and onboarding for SailPoint access request and review modulesWork with the project team to ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and audit guidelinesMonitor and report on progress during the implementation phaseQualifications and ExperienceRequiredBachelors degree in Banking Finance Accounting Information Technology Computer Science or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations with at least 1 to 2 years in SailPoint IdentityIQStrong knowledge of user lifecycle management provisioning and deprovisioningExperience in SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and operationsProficiency in Role Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties principlesExperience in integration of SailPoint with enterprise applications and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager CyberArk SaviyntKnowledge of access request workflows and access review or certification processesPreferred
