Job Description
Physical Therapist - Travel Position
Location: Rice Lake WI
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8 Days
Pay: $2772/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The PT will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore mobility improve physical function and enhance quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients physical abilities and needs through examinations and medical history reviews.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans to improve strength mobility balance and overall function.
Use therapeutic exercises manual therapy and specialized equipment to support patient recovery.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs lifestyle adjustments and injury prevention.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Document patient progress treatment plans and outcomes in accordance with facility policies.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or Masters in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
BLS/CPR certification COVID vaccine TB test
Prior experience in physical therapy in a hospital setting
