Full time Veterinarian - Now Hiring Great Compensation Excellent Salary

A reputable partner hospital in Statesville North Carolina is seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its progressive tight-knit team. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with ultrasound digital x-rays endoscopy and full in-house labs offering comprehensive veterinary services for dogs cats pocket pets and exotics.

This practice prides itself on building strong long-lasting relationships with patients and the local community all within a Fear-Free environment that promotes wellness for both pets and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide relationship-based compassionate care to clients and patients

  • Collaborate with leadership and the clinical team to ensure optimal care

  • Support and mentor team development through the LevelUp training program

  • Manage a diverse caseload including general wellness diagnostics and surgeries

  • Engage with the Statesville community and build strong client relationships

  • Foster a positive team-oriented workplace culture

Skills Knowledge & Expertise:

  • DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)

  • Active North Carolina veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Clinical proficiency in diagnostics surgery and general care

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Collaborative compassionate and team-focused
