Job Summary

Job Title: Inpatient Dietitian
Location: Syracuse NY
Type: Contract Shift: Day (8:00 AM 4:30 PM MonFri with weekend coverage)
Schedule: 5 shifts/week (8 hrs each)
Pay Rate: $65$68/hr

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Inpatient Dietitian with critical care expertise to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and optimize patient outcomes across all age groups.

Responsibilities:

Perform nutrition assessments diagnoses interventions and monitoring.
Deliver MNT and document care in medical records.
Manage enteral/parenteral nutrition (formula selection adjustments supplements hydration).
Implement dietary modifications texture adjustments and patient education.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in QAPI initiatives staff meetings and rounds.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Nutrition or Dietetics.
2 years inpatient/critical care experience.
RD/RDN required; CNSC preferred.
Strong knowledge of MNT and nutrition support therapies.
