Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the general operations of NAH Business Intelligence the Report Development Lifecycle and the implementation of projects to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of NAH system processes. S/he will serve as an escalation point and the primary point of contact for any high-profile requests with a potentially significant impact on the organization.
Responsibilities
* Participates in the development of the organizations Business Intelligence strategy and operational capabilities.
* Collaborates with senior-level stakeholders translating clinical/business requirements into Data Models that provide actionable information and outcome validation.
* Contributes to the evaluation and recommendation of new source data systems.
* Demonstrates ability to manage both the governance of day-to-day operations and implementation of special projects.
* Collaborates with Business Intelligence team members to incorporate new data sources into the data warehouse(s).
* Demonstrates knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence best practices.
* Advance the maturity of analytics and data management throughout the organization.
* Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employees area of responsibility.
* If required for the position ensures all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates.
* Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of relevant experience - Required
Masters Degree and 8 years of relevant experience - Preferred
