The Role
As a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner in Boise you will:
- Conduct in-home and on-site visits in senior living facilities across the Boise area
- Perform comprehensive assessments create care plans and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Build trust with patients and families through clear communication and compassion
Requirements
- Current Idaho PA or NP license
- Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- Passion for working with the senior population
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
