The Opportunity Alliance is looking to fill afull-time Senior Residential Services Technician (SrRST)position with our Morrison Place residential program.
Morrison Place with a capacity of 12 adults provides transitional housing and treatment for homeless individuals who have a major mental illness and/or a substance use disorder. Through a structured peer-oriented program the staff at Morrison Place assist clients in maintaining recovery while moving from an intensive rehabilitation setting to increased independence and integration into the community.
These positions provide direct service in the residential group care or transitional living setting. As a direct care worker and mental health support specialist you will:
Additionally in this Senior role this position with supervise the Residential Services Technicians and Awake Residential Service Technician roles
These positions attend weekly or bi-weekly program staff meetings and participate in other meetings as is performed reviewed and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director or Program Coordinator.
Schedule: This is a full-time 40hours/week position.
Various schedules available. Specific schedule availability will be discussed with the program during an interview.
These positions vary with hours. The program operates on a 24 hour/day 7 days a week basis. Willingness to have availability on weekends/holidays is required.
