Location: Cheshunt EN8
Salary: OTE 40000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independent estate and lettings agency in the Cheshunt area. The ideal candidate will be confident articulate and skilled in negotiating lettings deals while providing exceptional customer service.
You must have previous experience in residential lettings strong sales ability and the ambition to develop your career further. Local knowledge of Cheshunt would be an advantage and a full driving licence is essential.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Negotiating and closing lettings deals
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
- Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential)
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Professional ambitious and self-motivated attitude
- Well-presented and articulate
- Local knowledge of Cheshunt (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
