Job Skills / Requirements
Janitor Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it in good condition
- Vacuum sweep and mop floors
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Ensure doors are locked after hours
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
- Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Keep cleaning supplies stocked
Janitor Requirements:
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to kneel bend stretch stoop and stand for prolonged periods
- Able to perform repetitive motions and carry out physical tasks (lifting carrying walking)
- Fine motor skills/manual dexterity
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment including vacuums mops deck brushes and brooms
Shift Information:
Monday - Friday
Evenings/ Starts at 6:00pm
Near Bermuda and Sunset
