Travailler au sige social de Groupe Vision Canada cest uvrer au sein du leader nord-amricain en matire de correction de la vue. Cest pouvoir contribuer concrtement au dveloppement de lentreprise et soutenir plus de 12 marques et plus de 70 cliniques travers le pays et les tats-Unis. Vous avez un poste temporaire temps plein (40h par semaine).

Vos tches en un coup dil

Vous analysez et suivez la performance des diffrentes units daffaires en collaboration avec les dpartements et les quipes oprationnelles.
Vous participez la consolidation mensuelle des segments daffaires incluant les nouveaux segments et acquisitions et contribuez la prparation des tats financiers (bilan flux de trsorerie).
Vous participez llaboration du budget annuel et aux processus daudit de fin danne.
Vous produisez et documentez les rapports financiers destins aux dpartements et au conseil dadministration.
Vous dveloppez et amliorez des analyses et outils dcisionnels laide de Power BI.

Une vue claire de vos atouts

Vous possdez un minimum de 2 3 ans dexprience pertinente.
Vous dtenez un diplme universitaire en comptabilit ou dans une discipline connexe.
Vous tes titulaire du titre de CPA.
Vous dmontrez de solides comptences comptables et matrisez les NCECF.
Vous avez dj travaill dans un environnement multi-entreprises.
Vous avez de grandes aptitudes effectuer plusieurs tches la fois et vous adapter aux besoins changeants de lorganisation.
La connaissance de Business Central Dynamics 365 et Vena constitue un atout.
Vous matrisez le franais et pouvez galement communiquer en anglais pour interagir avec des collgues unilingues anglophones qui sont situs hors du Qubec.

Your tasks at a glance

You analyze and monitor the performance of the different business units in collaboration with the departments and operational teams.
You participate in the monthly consolidation of business segments including new segments and acquisitions and contribute to the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet cash flow).
You take part in the development of the annual budget and year-end audit processes.
You produce and document financial reports for departments and the Board of Directors.
You develop and improve analyses and decision-making tools using Power BI.

A clear view of your assets

You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
You hold a university degree in accounting or a related discipline.
You hold the title of CPA.
You demonstrate solid accounting skills and are fully familiar with ASPE.
You have already worked in a multi-company environment.
You have strong multitasking skills and are highly adaptable to the changing needs of the organization.
Knowledge of BusinessCentral (Microsoft Dynamics365) and Vena is an asset.
You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English to interact with English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec.
