Job Description
The E-Commerce Shipper will package and ship items sold on Shop Goodwill our E-commerce site.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
The hourly rate is $15.00.

- Distribute merchandise using the shipping program and packaging guidelines verifying order accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by shipping orders in a timely manner.
- Meet packing quality standards ensuring merchandise arrives safely.
- Accurately complete shipping audits and forms.
- Maintain inventory of packing and shipping supplies.
- Maintain the workstation area to be neat clean and free of safety hazards.
- Ability to effectively communicate distribution issues and concerns to supervisor.
- Follow Goodwill safety practices.
- Comply with Goodwill attendance and punctuality standards of behavior.
- Effectively communicate the mission of Goodwill to customers and donors.
- Promote and support Goodwill activities and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic mathematical ability.
PHYSICAL/EMOTIONAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required stand walk use hands reach with hands and arms talk or hear; and occasionally required to sit climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl or smell and operate computer.
The employee must often lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include distance color peripheral depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
