THE GIST:
Our client an impressive fintech company is seeking a stellar Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The ideal candidate has an exceptional track record of supporting high-level executives in the tech startup space. This is an awesome opportunity to support a high-profile leader in a big role. THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Act as an extension of the CEO in all interactions both internally & externally
- Expertly manage CEOs complex calendar and ever-changing schedule
- Respond to issues & action items outside of traditional business hours as needed
- Arrange both international & domestic travel both private & commercial
- Manage all incoming email communications with a strong sense of urgency discretion and tactfulness
- Champion company culture support workplace events and plan company offsites
- Assist with CEOs project list track deadlines and manage priorities
- Send correspondences to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Process expense reports
- Act as backup for other administrative team members when needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks & projects as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting C-level executive at a tech startup required
- Availability to work outside of traditional business hours & responsive nature
- Ability to travel with executive monthly to quarterly
- Passion for company & workplace culture
- Polished and professional communication style
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic & evolving environment
- Stellar attention to detail
- No job too big or too small mentality
- Nimble and adaptable nature

COMPENSATION:Base salary: $180000/yr - $200000/yr equity benefits perks (exact compensation will vary based on skills experience and expertise)
