Behavior Technician (BT) ABA Therapy

Locations: Simi Valley Newbury Park or Santa Paula.

Make a real difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs. As a Behavior Technician (BT) youll provide one-on-one ABA therapy helping clients build communication social and daily living skillsall while receiving full training mentorship and career growth opportunities.

What Youll Do

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy in homes or centers.
  • Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect data track progress and collaborate with families and supervisors.

What Were Looking For

  • Passion for working with children (experience in teaching childcare coaching tutoring or caregiving is a plus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
  • Drivers license car insurance and weekday afternoon/evening availability.
  • Able to pass background check; CPR/First Aid required (well help you get certified).

  • $21/hour during training; $25$28/hour after based on experience and/or RBT status.
