Job Summary
Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Singapore
Salary: US$2000-$2500 per month plus commission on all sales
Employment Type: Permanent
Purpose Statement
The successful applicant will play a key role in expanding our international clients market presence by building strong relationships with agencies distributors and investors.
They will actively pursue new partnerships attend industry events and provide valuable insights through regular reporting contributing directly to the companys growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach agencies and distributors to establish marketing agreements.
- Attend industry events exhibitions and networking functions to promote company offerings.
- Engage with potential buyers and investors to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and partners.
- Support the complete sales life cycle and close deals
- Produce accurate and timely sales reports to management highlighting progress and market insights.
- Collaborate with external and internal marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies.
- Represent the company in Singapore and on occasional international business trips.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 35 years of proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Strong presentational and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-driven results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
