Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer / Social Media Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing our social media presence across various platforms to increase brand awareness drive traffic and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Writing

Develop high-quality engaging and original content for blogs websites emails press releases and other marketing materials

Write compelling copy for landing pages newsletters and product descriptions

Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to support content development

Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings

Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce visually appealing content
Social Media Management

Plan create and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter etc.)

Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals

Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner

Track and analyze performance metrics (reach engagement conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly

Stay updated on trends platform changes and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Content Writer and/or Social Media Manager

Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills in English

Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Meta Business Suite)

Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Strong organizational and time management skills

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field

Experience with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation tools

Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights

Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and audience targeting
