Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring for Mandarin-speaking content moderator in Johor Bahru. The role involves reviewing online content responding to customer inquiries and ensuring platform guidelines are followed. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking stable employment with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text images videos) to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via chat or email.
- Identify escalate and flag inappropriate or sensitive content.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while handling content moderation tasks.
- Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content in a professional manner.
- Perform duties using basic computer applications.
- Maintain performance as per established KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old with completed SPM UEC or IGCSE.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomes to apply.
- Proficient in Mandarin (read and type) and English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive material.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work from 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 5 days per week.
