Mobile Device Management (MDM) Manager is a functional manager responsible for maintaining and advancing mobile device technologies within the Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health space overseeing projects and leading a team to achieve strategic and operational goals. This role emphasizes people management process implementation and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Leadership and Staff Development: The manager is accountable for mentoring coaching and developing staff setting performance goals conducting reviews and managing talent to meet departmental objectives. They plan direct and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operation.
MDM Lifecycle and Tools Management: Responsibilities include planning and implementing all aspects of mobile device management across the lifecycle creating and maintaining MDM tools such as Operating System and Sentinel EMS deployments ensuring tool availability and resolving issues. The manager also oversees deployment priorities and acts as a liaison between project teams.
Process and Vendor Collaboration: The role involves defining and implementing MDM processes aligned with regulatory requirements driving process awareness managing vendor relationships including KPIs collaborating with product development for integration of new hardware/software and managing an offshore extended team.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor degree in a technically related field
Min of 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with a min of 3 years prior relevant experience

Nice to Haves:
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading projects/programs to completion.
Experience working within medical device product development (specifically SW development) or other highly regulated environment.
Excellent downward lateral and upward communication skills.
Good balance of high level strategic and detailed tactical thought processes.
Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) product management.
