Key job responsibilities Use data science and machine learning to drive business insights centralizing dashboards developing and deploying machine learning models conducting online evaluation and verification of agentic actions.
- Develop AI/ML solutions for Intelligent Talent Acquisition; - Work closely with engineers scientists and product managers to design implement and launch AI solutions including Agentic AI end-to-end; - Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on in-depth data analyses; - Effectively communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders; - Stay up-to-date with advancements and the latest modeling techniques in the field.
- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language - Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Masters degree in computer science or equivalent - Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle including coding standards software architectures code reviews source control management continuous deployments testing and operational excellence - Advanced knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks like Crew AI OpenAI SDK Autogen LangGraph or other similar frameworks.
