We are actively seeking aPost-Tensioning Concrete Superintendentto lead field operations and oversee specialized repair work across a range of structural restoration projects. This is a leadership position that requires extensive travel and the ability to supervise support and train field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site crews performing post-tensioned concrete repair and restoration.
- Ensure adherence to all PTI (Post-Tensioning Institute) repair protocols and safety standards.
- Interpret project drawings scopes and specifications.
- Serve as the point of contact between field technicians and project management.
- Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Travel frequently to job sites across multiple regions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- PTI Certification is required.
- Proven experience withpost-tensioned concrete systems and repair techniques.
- Prior leadership or superintendent-level experience in the construction or restoration industry.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to various job sites (typically MondayFriday travel).
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
