Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $220000 to $250000 depending on experience
- Loan repayment options available (National Health Scholar Program eligible)
- Quarterly productivity bonuses approx. $3600/year

Responsibilities
- Outpatient setting MondayFriday (open to 4-day work week)
- 1820 patients per day on average with daily 40-minute admin time
- 1520 minutes per patient visit
- Diverse patient population (predominantly African American)
- Reports to Director of Family Practice and CMO for clinical concerns
- Uses eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR
- Shared call rotation rare after-hours needs (nurse line & answering service support)
- Call schedule approximately 8 weeks per year with an average of 13 calls per week during assigned rotation
- Call only; no hospital privileges required
Requirements
- Board Certification in Pediatrics (Required)
- Clear and active Florida medical license
- New graduates welcome to apply
