Job Summary
Maintenance Manager Manufacturing
45 minutes from Tuscaloosa AL
Salary of $140-160K DOE 15% annual bonus top-notch relocation great team environment
Were working with a well-established Fortune 500 manufacturer to find a strong Maintenance Manager for their plant about 50 minutes from Tuscaloosa AL. This is a full-time leadership role with great support good people and the chance to make a real impact.

- Lead all maintenance and reliability activities with a big focus on safety
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance efforts (PMs)
- Work closely with operations to improve uptime and reduce waste

- Help lead site-level capital projects coordinating with regional engineering
- Use the CMMS to manage reliability work and track improvements
- Keep an eye on budgets purchasing and performance metrics
- Minimum of a HS Diploma Bachelors preferred.
- 5 years of maintenance leadership in a high-speed industrial manufacturing setting.
- Solid understanding of electrical mechanical and PLC systems as they pertain to plant maintenance/repair.
- Strong communicator who can build trust and accountability
- Experienced with capital projects and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with a 24/7 plant environment (weekend/holiday support as needed)
Desired:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Wood products experience is a plus
