What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalismbe their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out
• Recommend the best local dining entertainment shopping and attractionsyoure the insider they didnt know they needed
• Assist with reservations transportation event tickets and anything else guests may require
• Help with guest mail messages and business center needs
• Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean organized and inviting
• Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
• Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk valet bell staff and other departments

What We Are Looking For

• Customer service experience required At least 6 months in a guest-facing role
• Hospitality experience preferred You understand how to deliver a 5-star experience
• Excellent communication skills You speak clearly listen actively and know how to tailor service to each guest
• Local knowledge and curiosity You love your city and enjoy helping others explore it
• Physically ready Able to stand/walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Drivers license A valid license and clean driving record are required
• Flexible availability Days nights weekends holidaysyoure ready when guests need you
