Mobile Equipment Fleet Assistant/Fleet Mechanic

Position Overview

JLL seeks a skilled Fleet Mechanic to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and mobile fleet assets while ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing process equipment and fleet vehicles
• Manage spare parts inventory and execute work orders within 24-hour timeframes
• Maintain safety training compliance and participate in safety programs
• Utilize maintenance management systems for documentation and tracking
• Maintain current forklift and aerial lift certifications

Required Qualifications

Experience:5 years facility/fleet maintenance experience

Technical Skills:Proficiency with pumps motors hydraulic systems and speed/feed systems

Certifications:Valid forklift and aerial lift operator licenses

Skills:Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 8-10 years maintenance experience
• MAXIMO or CMMS system experience
• Controller programming knowledge
• Manufacturing facility background

Performance Measures

Safety compliance PM completion rates emergency response times (<24 hours) equipment uptime metrics
