Job Summary

The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and applicable automated systems and develops As-Is and To-Be this role you will play a key part in Salesforce-related projects leading requirement gathering and analysis activities preparing and delivering communications participating in testing and supporting solution design for internal and external initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Elicit and document business requirements for Salesforce projects enhancements and integrations.
Analyze and evaluate current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions.
Prepare deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Use Cases process flows and interface designs.
Translate complex technical information into clear business language to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers architects and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance.
Support the project manager product manager and wider team in planning deliverables scope schedule and execution.
Participate in testing activities including test case development user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management.

Other qualities that youll need to be a fit for this role include:

Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field (preferred).
Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce modules).
Proven ability to gather analyze and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities configuration workflows and integration points.
Experience producing and analyzing As-Is and To-Be documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives managers and subject matter experts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering solutions that meet business needs.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Business Analyst or Consultant) will be an advantage.
Understanding of Education background is a plus.
