What Youll Do: As a Lean Intern youll be part of our 3P lean transformation journey helping to shape how products move and processes improve in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Be involved in real-time lean transformation activities and help implement product flow using lean methodologies
Conduct shop floor observations and collect key data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Support the setup of lean flow through the development of Standard Work and 5S practices in repair cells
Track and analyze repair lead times and productivity metrics to drive measurable performance
Assist in planning and executing Lean Action Workouts collaborative sessions that solve problems and deliver quick wins
Who Were Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Mechanical Manufacturing Aerospace or Materials Engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong communicator who can work well independently and engage confidently on the shop floor
Enthusiastic about learning and applying Lean Manufacturing principles in a real-world setting
