Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 7-3
Expected Hours: 40
Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC press brake machines and a solid understanding of metal fabrication processes.
*Set up edit programs and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
*Interpret blueprints technical drawings and work orders to determine appropriate machine settings and fabrication methods.
*Select and install appropriate tooling for each job ensuring accuracy during set-up and changeovers.
*Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers protractors tape measures and squares to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
*3-5 years of direct experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
*Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and shop drawings.
* Need to be able to edit already preset programs
*Strong understanding of tooling bend allowances and metal characteristics.
*Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic mathematical calculations.
