Responsibilities
Are you ready to make a lasting impact As a Service Advisor you will:
- Oversee service orders and the flow of Drive Lane ensuring customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customers experience by performing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether by phone or in person ensuring customers are never mishandled.
- Efficiently distribute work between technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties services and repairs.
- Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary.
- Oversee the administration of warranty claims as well as the training and supervision of the service department.
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
- Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications

- In possession of a clean driving record and a valid drivers license
- Must have Reynolds and Reynolds Experience
- X-Time Experience is a Plus
