Job Description

Position Description:

JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Financial Processing Administrator to join our Back Office Operations team. Working with CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM) as a client the Administrator will support CI GAMs high-net-worth product lines and will be responsible for reviewing and processing mutual fund transactions.

Education & Certifications

Post-secondary degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field (required)
Completion of IFIC or Canadian Securities Course (preferred considered an asset)


Experience & Knowledge

At least 2 years of experience in financial services back-office operations or fund administration
Knowledge of mutual fund operations investment products and financial industry processes such as plan types tax rules and trade types (asset).


Skills & Competencies

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to process large volumes of transactions with minimal error
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the demonstrated ability to analyze information and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear documentation.
Proven ability to work within a structured environment while contributing to process improvements.
Adaptability and willingness to assist or back up other team members as needed.
