Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in technical project delivery team leadership and Agile methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management including requirement gathering design development testing UAT and deployment while ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Project & People Management: Oversee Agile project execution team coordination and resource planning.
Technical Leadership: Engage in requirement/design discussions provide hands-on technical guidance and drive product enhancements.
Delivery & Risk Management: Ensure project scope schedules and deliverables align with business goals while managing risks and impediments.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership onsite managers support and sales teams.
Process Optimization: Maintain governance standards report progress and manage financial and procurement aspects.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must to have Skills-
Technical Expertise: Java Full Stack (Spring Boot) PL/SQL Microservices/Java-JDK/JBOSS
Project Management: Agile/SAFe methodologies JIRA risk & resource management.
Leadership: Experience managing 20 direct reports in multi-location environments.
Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in Finance/HRM domain/BI Insight.
Certifications: SAFe Certified (preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English proficiency with excellent presentation and partner management skills.
