Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers addressing their inquiries resolving issues and helping them navigate our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers guiding them in their purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers with order processing tracking and returns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for active listening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
