Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law and plaintiff-side representation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and filing lawsuits supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation and managing a fast-paced caseload. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with clients courts and opposing counsel. This position features 3 days of remote work each week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from case intake through trial and settlement.
- Draft prepare and file pleadings complaints discovery requests/responses motions and other legal documents.
- Manage case files maintain deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Coordinate and track service of process subpoenas and filings with state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
- Review summarize and organize medical records accident reports deposition transcripts and discovery materials.
- Prepare trial exhibits witness lists and other trial-related documents.
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
- Liaise with experts medical providers and investigators as needed.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and attend trials when required.
$60000 - $80000 a year
