About the Role
Progressive Talent Solutions (PTS) is recruiting on behalf of one of our ABA clients in Indianapolis. We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual ABA Scheduler to join their team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring families receive consistent high-quality services by strategically matching Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to clients.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills critical thinking and adaptability to a dynamic environment where needs can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and ongoing schedules for RBTs and clients based on availability location and clinical needs
- Adjust schedules proactively to address staff call-outs family cancellations or changes in treatment plans
- Develop scheduling strategies to maximize staff utilization while ensuring consistent hours for clients
- Communicate promptly and professionally with staff and families regarding schedule updates or changes
- Maintain accurate scheduling records within internal systems
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to support caseload balance and service coverage
- Assist with onboarding new hires by aligning them with appropriate clients and schedules
- Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking families to ensure clear communication and equitable access to services
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in scheduling staffing coordination or administrative support (ABA or healthcare preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software databases or ABA practice management systems (experience with Rethink or similar tools a plus)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality
