Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Country Manager for their Asia Markets that speaks either Indonesian Philippines Thai Malay or Korean.

Position: Country Manager

Location: Remote within Indonesia Philippines Malaysia Thailand and Korea.

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement market strategies that align with broader regional or organizational goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and strengthen partner networks.
  • Recruit train and manage a team with clear performance targets and measurable KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners affiliates and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Marketing Compliance) to launch tailored campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics including revenue growth client activity and partner engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Represent the company at local events conferences and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in either Indonesian Philippine Malay Thai or Korea will be considered a advantageous.
  • 610 years of experience in business development sales or partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in working with partner networks or affiliates in a regional or international setting.
  • Proven leadership experience managing small-to-medium commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
