Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Role:
Build an automation platform which is scalable for all the AI use cases
Design develop and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions and agent-based with cross-functional teams including data engineers architects and platform to the evolution of our AI automation platform ensuring robustness performance and and implement state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning reinforcement learning and multi-agent in architectural decisions and help define best practices for AI engineering across the and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable persistent context-aware agent behavior across workflows.
Essential requirements:
Proven experience in software developmentMachine learning ideally with a focus on AI automation or intelligent programming skills in Python or similar with automation tools such as n8n Workato or similar with LLMs (e.g. GPT Claude Gemini) and frameworks for agent orchestration such as LangChain Vextex AI Agent Builder or -on experience with vibe-coding prompt engineering and designing agent of scalable system design and distributed problem-solving skills and a collaborative : Experience with agent-based modeling reinforcement learning or orchestration platforms.
