This isnt just an admin job; its a dynamic role where youll be the friendly face of our company. Youll work closely with our customers and provide essential support to our New Business Sales team. What Youll Be Doing
Youll be a key player in our team blending outstanding customer support with crucial administrative duties. Your responsibilities will be split into two main areas:
- Customer Service: Youll be the first point of contact for our customers handling their queries professionally via phone and email. Youll resolve issues quickly and efficiently from deliveries and orders to product queries and manage support tickets to ensure every request is tracked and resolved. Youll also escalate complex issues and listen to customer needs to offer proactive support and make their experience with us as smooth as possible.
- Sales & Administration: Youll provide essential administrative support to the New Business Sales team including arranging returns and exchanges. You will maintain accurate customer records with the utmost discretion identify and proactively follow up on potential sales leads and check product availability to support sales inquiries and process orders. Youll also collaborate with the sales team to improve our processes and enhance the customer experience.

- Tech-Savvy: Youll be comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and ideally have prior experience with CRM systems.
- A Team Player: Youll work well both independently and as part of a team collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Experienced: Previous experience in a hybrid administrative sales or customer service role is preferred.
