Job Summary

Job Description:
Provide lab IT support consulting validation/compliance services and troubleshoot multivendor lab instruments & systems. Work closely with business users lab managers and vendors to ensure smooth lab operations.
Responsibilities:

Onsite Lab IT support & troubleshooting of instruments/systems.
Validation/Compliance support (IOPQ documentation).
Requirement gathering & process improvement.
IT consulting & gap analysis based on best practices.
Customer liaison & vendor coordination.
Maintain lab equipment/software inventory & perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters in Pharma Biotech Biomedical or Chemical.
2 years relevant experience (software dev/testing requirement analysis).
Knowledge of GLP/GMP 21 CFR (preferred).
Strong communication analytical and customer service skills.
Familiarity with lab workflows sample management robotic systems and industry regulations.
Technical: Windows/Unix OOP Agile/Waterfall MS Office SharePoint/Visio/Project.
