Job Description
Location: Bismarck ND (Onsite Monday Thursday)
Type: Contract Position

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for SAP EWM providing guidance on best practices functional capabilities and industry trends.
-
Solution Design & Blueprinting: Lead design of end-to-end supply chain processes in SAP S/4HANA ERP (MM SD PP WM EWM TM) and SAP Ariba (Sourcing Contracts Procurement Supplier Management).

Integration Leadership: Define and troubleshoot integration strategies between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA/ECC as well as other supply chain modules.

Requirements Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to document and translate requirements into functional specifications.

Configuration Validation: Support configuration activities and validate solutions in SAP Supply Chain and Ariba.

Optimization & Problem Solving: Resolve complex business/system issues and recommend process enhancements.

Project Lifecycle Support: Contribute across all phases-discovery design build SIT/UAT training and hypercare.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance Master Data ABAP Integration OCM and Testing teams for end-to-end solutions.

Documentation & KT: Prepare functional design docs test scripts and training materials; conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

10 years in SAP Supply Chain functional consulting/SME roles.
-
Strong expertise in SAP EWM and core SAP modules (MM SD PP).

3 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing Contracts Buying Guided Buying Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (ECC experience also valuable).

Minimum 2 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of Ariba S/4HANA/ECC integration scenarios.

Functional configuration skills in MM SD and PP.
-
Hands-on experience with Ariba configuration templates and integration.

Ability to write WRICEF functional specs (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms).
-
ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus.
