Job Description
Job Title: Industrial Electrical Foreman
Location: Gastonia NC
Job Type: Onsite
Description:
- Hands-on working foreman leading industrial crews to install modify and repair plant power and controls safely on schedule and to spec.
Medium-voltage experience (1 15 kV). - Supervise coordinate and schedule the activities of industrial electrical crews.
- Interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to guide installation and maintenance work. Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes (NEC OSHA NFPA local regulations).
- Plan and allocate resources including labour materials and equipment to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor progress inspect completed work and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Enforce safety procedures conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
- Provide on-the-job training mentoring and support to electricians and apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other trades to coordinate site activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to avoid delays or rework.
- Prepare daily reports maintain job logs and communicate project updates to management.
