Job Summary

90% Outpatient and 10% Observation patients. The PT will work 36-40 hours/week (no four 10s or three 12s can be considered) varied day shifts Monday-Friday with at least one (possibly two) days/week working until 5:30p. The PT will work primarily with an adult population ortho adolescent experiences may be part of a weekly caseload. EPIC EMR is used. PT should have at least 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience. Experience with orthopedics and/or concussion vestibular and pelvic control therapy strongly preferred. The PT will be required to float and travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites based on volumes/ caseloads. There will be no additional mileage reimbursement. BLS required. Ohio license and registry required (cannot be in process).

Shift: Day shift with varied start times. M-F with weekend call rotation
