Job Overview
Seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Agile Manager to build trusted relationships with business leaders drive HR operational plans and deliver people solutions aligned with corporate HR imperatives. This role partners across EF Commercial and R&D groups to align talent organizational design and change management with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver HR operational plans with clear priorities aligned to strategic imperatives

Partner with senior leaders and people managers to advise on Talent & Development Industrial Relations Change Management and Organizational Design

Lead organizational design efforts and contribute to global HR change management initiatives

Support employee coaching development and talent pipeline strategies
-
Manage annual HR cycles including performance management and compensation reviews

Use data analytics to drive HR insights efficiencies and business outcomes
-
Serve as HR ambassador fostering a values-based culture within client groups

Participate in cross-functional transformational projects and communities of practice
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business or related field

5 years in HR management HR business partnering or HR consulting in global/dynamic organizations

Experience leading or contributing to organizational design change management and talent development projects

Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices

Strong communication strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Self-starter with resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

HR certifications (SHRM HRCI CIDP or equivalent)

Experience with agile organizations and ways of working
