Job Description
Lead the design development and deployment of AI/ML products including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and conversational agents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate operational challenges into impactful AI use cases.
Drive data unification across siloed systems to support robust model training and inference.
Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements define user stories and deliver compelling executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
7 years of experience in machine learning and data science with a focus on procurement or contract analytics.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn PyTorch TensorFlow).
Experience with NLP techniques for document understanding and contract analysis.
Hands-on experience with Dataiku or similar data science platforms.
Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines is a plus.
Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of procurement processes contract lifecycle management (CLM) and supplier risk assessment.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform).
Knowledge of data governance security and compliance frameworks relevant to procurement and legal data
