About this team
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team designs implements maintains and improves our IAM Services supporting an international user base. The IAM team is responsible for the governance enforcement of enterprise identities and access.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of hands-on project experience including technical design implementation maintenance and maturing enterprise identity management/governance technologies
- 2 years experience working with IdentityIQ
- Hands-on experience integrating applications using a variety of standard connectors building full lifecycle management workflows and establishing RBAC/ABAC frameworks
- Familiarity with Java BeanShell XML PowerShell JSON and SQL scripting
- Experience building custom SCIM ReST and SOAP API connectors a plus
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure platforms preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Broad knowledge of identity and access data correlation normalization and building identity and access models and best practices
- Knowledge of identity certification/attestation practices
- Collaborative team player
Highly developed interpersonal written and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms - Excellent technical and system documentation skills
- Results-driven self-motivated able to work in remote environment
A day in the life:
- Build and implement identity governance controls in development environments which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundation
- Implement technology workflows and rules to maintain accuracy of data to managed systems
- Follow peer-review validation and deployment procedures
- Support on-going operations enhancements and bug fixes
- Collaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based identity lifecycle management
- Support unit and functional testing of developed artifacts
- Support UAT testing with application teams
Collaborate closely with fellow IAM team as well as key cybersecurity and Human Resource teams to support data integrity regulatory and security requirements
