Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Specialist 1 to provide expert support for a technical product. This role involves making recommendations for product improvements managing customer tickets and collaborating within a Customer Engagement team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing product functionality and user experience through effective communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional product support.
- Manage and resolve customer service tickets.
- Create and update documentation related to product changes.
- Assist in testing and training materials.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team.
